Los Angeles, CA – April 15, 2026 – FOX One, Fox Corporation’s (Nasdaq: FOXA, FOX; “FOX” or the “Company”) wholly-owned, direct-to-consumer streaming platform, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Skreens Entertainment Technologies, Inc. to support multiview experiences with innovative monetization options for select live programming on the FOX One platform.
Under the agreement, Skreens will deploy scalable adaptive channel infrastructure with its TesseraTM software platform to deliver frame-accurate, synchronized viewer-generated multiview experiences. In addition to advanced multiview, FOX’s deployment of Skreens technology will enable the seamless insertion of contextual, targeted brand experiences during live action, opening new avenues for viewer engagement. The functionality is expected to support curated multi-view presentations for select major live events, including the upcoming FIFA World CupTM presented by FOX Sports and streaming on FOX One, across compatible devices starting this summer.
The implementation is designed to facilitate high-quality video delivery with low latency, supporting FOX One’s distribution of live sports and other programming at scale.
